L7 MARTIAL ARTS

L7 Martial Arts has two different class groups for children of ages 4-12 years old. We have classes for 4-6 years of age and classes for 7-12 years of age.

Children of ages 4-6 years old are learning their "motor skills". We have many training routines which develops the child's motor skills. They will learn how to punch, kick, jump, block and a forward ground roll. We teach the classes in a fun and safe environment. The classes are 45 minutes long for this age group. They will learn how to deal with bullies and learn how to focus. Most children of this age do not have much of an attention span. Children ages 7-12 will learn Self Defense, Discipline and Respect. They will learn how to deal with bullies and understand being a bully is not ok.
