Chi Kung is an internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of Chi within the body and enhances the practioner's overall health.

A practioner will first learn to control breathing in standing still exercises. He will learn three aspects of beginner Chi Kung practice.

1. Discover/acknowledge it

2. Cultivate the Chi

3. Channel the Chi
